On Sunday I had the pleasure of hosting a Self Care Sunday in Port Lincoln, South Australia - the town I grew up in.

I shared my own personal story of lack of self-care, modeling my dear mother, and interviewed Paula Symonds about her experience of self-care transforming her life following her husband's decision to take his own life.

There are tears and laughter and lots of vulnerability in this important conversation.
