I used to push myself to reach my health and fitness goals and was always guided by the latest trend.
That meant fat free in the eighties which - in the long term - had a pretty negative impact on my brain 🧠
Not to mention the amount of sugar I consumed in that era to compensate for not having any fat! 🍬
Now I am guided from within 🧘♀️
And the inspiration to take the next step on my health journey always comes at the perfect time ⌚
