𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬. ⁣

And, this has been the most rewarding thing I have ever done. ⁣

Knowing. Being. And loving who you are. Is everything. ⁣

NOT knowing, NOT being, and NOT loving who you are is soul-destroying.⁣ 

In 2015 I was running 3 businesses, one of them global which had me travelling monthly. Our children were 17, 16 and 11 and my husband was travelling for work even more than me. ⁣

I loved my work, my colleagues, and my clients…⁣

but I had become a slave to them.⁣ 

Here’s the thing…⁣

It was completely my fault.⁣

I made myself constantly available, from the time I woke up in the morning until the time I went to sleep at night.⁣

My gnawing driver was that I wanted to help people get what they wanted (I still do)⁣

But the difference between then and now was that I felt responsible for their outcomes…  ⁣

AND their feelings. ⁣

I was attempting the impossible. ⁣

I was working tirelessly to keep OTHER people happy 100% of the time, and if I didn’t succeed, I would beat myself up.⁣

Here was the un-intended consequence…⁣

 ⁣

I started to resent the thing I loved the most.⁣

 ⁣

The truth is, that people will treat you the way you allow them to.⁣

 ⁣

Without realizing it, I allowed people to become dependent on me. ⁣

 ⁣

𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝.⁣

⁣

And my self worth was attached to it.⁣

When my mother passed away in 2016, I was heart broken. 

 ⁣

My Mum loved her family so deeply that she would sacrifice her own well being to help them. ⁣

 ⁣

I could finally see that I was following in her footsteps and knew that she would not want me to compromise my health as a result, as happened to her. ⁣

 ⁣

As I started to say “No thank you” to the things I no longer enjoyed, I made space for this idea to drop in…⁣ 

 ⁣

For my entire life I had been a People Pleaser.⁣

And now, it was time for me to only say “Yes” to things that made me truly happy.⁣

 ⁣

I made it a priority to feed my own Soul above everything and everyone else.⁣

 ⁣

It was such a strong feeling that I knew in that moment that I would help other women do the same. ⁣

 ⁣

Some people immediately supported the idea and some laughed at it (the thing the old me would have feared the most).⁣

 ⁣

But wild horses 

 couldn’t have stopped me from moving forward. ⁣

 ⁣

And thus, Soul Pleaser was born.⁣

 ⁣

A myriad of opportunities came my way carving out the path for me to help women let go of the need for approval and experience true self love.⁣

 ⁣

To date, more than 240 incredible women have gone through my signature program, “From People Pleaser To Soul Pleaser”.⁣

 ⁣

It has been nothing short of life-changing to witness the transformations we’ve seen inside the program…⁣

• Women breaking free of worrying about money⁣ and attracting more of it into their lives
• Women letting go of resentment towards a loved one and feeling more connected to them than ever
• Women discovering their purpose and having the confidence to follow through with it⁣
•  Women finding peace of mind instead of constantly over thinking⁣

•  Women being unapologetically themselves⁣
