How is your isolation time going?
Do you feel like you are making the most of it or are you slipping into some habits that might not serve you in the long run?
I ran an online workshop today called "Will you be fitter or fatter after COVID_19?" in response to the people who have reached out to let me know that staying on track with their health and wellness goals has taken a hit with their routine being all out of whack.
I get it.
I am still happily working from home like I have for the past three years; however, now there is five of us here and my kids love to bake. I am not usually contending with the smell of chocolate brownies wafting from the oven while I'm talking to my coaching clients. In fact, my Irish husband made soda bread while I was running the workshop!
The temptation is real.
However, there is much more than meets the eye here, I believe.
Nothing happens by chance - including us all being in our homes right now - either alone or with our families.
This is an opportunity for us to reconnect with ourselves, and our loved ones and to awaken and evolve - both individually and collectively.
To do that, there is some clearing of past hurts required to make space for our new awareness.
There are ways we can enhance this process or block it.
