I know.

It feels like our world has been turned upside down.

Every day something else is cancelled or postponed.

You might be feeling uncertainty about your health, your job, your business, your parents or your children.

No-one is excluded.

We are all in this together.

For me, I think that's the point. It can be so easy for us to look away when people are suffering on the other side of the world. We feel bad for them, but we can still somehow feel removed from it too. We can just get on with our own lives.

But this - the Coronavirus - is impacting all of us - in some way or other.

What you choose to do now doesn't just affect you, it can potentially change the future of someone you don't even know.

My Dad lives in a nursing home. I called him today to tell him I'll pick him up tomorrow and have lunch with him. He has no idea that his home might be locked down for weeks in the coming days and we won't be able to visit him or take him out.

I want to see him while I still can.

If I was to unwittingly pass the virus to Dad, he could potentially spread it within the home where many people are physically vulnerable.

We are faced with choices right now that can feel overwhelming, and on the other hand we can feel like we have no choice. That it is all out of our control.

But we do have a choice.

We can choose our thoughts, our feelings and our actions.

We can reach out to people and support them in some way, even if we can't be near them physically.

But most of all, we can notice our energy and see if it is serving us or not.

Your vibration is powerful and it influences the energy field around you. By relieving your anxiety and feeling calmer, you are sending out a calming energy to the rest of the world.

This is what we need right now.
