Meditation for Anxiety

Especially as we navigate the impact of COVID-19

Today I held a group meditation in the Soul Pleaser Facebook Group in response to people letting me know that they were finding it difficult to meditate on their own at the moment.

In the recording below, I start by sharing my views on the bigger picture meaning behind the global changes we are experiencing.
